Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Standard delivery in Denmark: 45 Kr on orders below 1000 DKK
Free EU shipping on orders above 1000 DKK

The shipping price and delivery time is calculated at checkout.

The delivery times are merely an indication. You will receive confirmation as soon as your item is processed. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

All jewellery is handmade therefor the processing time vary between 1-14 days. If the production time is longer than 3 days, it will be disclamed on the specific productpage. Please see your chosen piece of jewellery for details.

Nikistranger Studio cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays or failures to perform as a result of circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These include (without limitation) industrial action, interruption or permanent shutdown of production, civil commotion, war, riot, fire, explosion, storm, flood, any natural disaster, impossibility of use of appropriate modes of transport or technological or communication problems.

Upon receiving your order please inspect every item. If your item has been damaged during transport, email us immediately. You are liable for giving us the correct shipping address. If your parcel is lost please contact us.
